As a Relationship Manager I (F) within PNC's Healthcare organization, you may be based in Atlanta, GA, or Charlotte, NC.
Preferences:

- Handle relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue, and market share with relevant sales goals.
- Work primarily with clients with basic levels of risk and complexity of needs, operating under general supervision.
- Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
- Originate, conduct financial analysis, negotiate, and document credit and non‑credit products and services.
- Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients.
- Identify and mitigate different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
- Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on understanding of the client’s needs and their financial well‑being.
- Increase client engagement and loyalty.
- Build an effective network of internal and external relationships, such as community and industry relationships, to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience.
- Present the full range of PNC’s products and services to bring the entire bank to the client.
- Leverage reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk using knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

- Public Finance & Healthcare – SIE, Series 52 & 63 (opt 79) within 180 days of employment.
- Corporate Finance SIE, 79 and 63 (opt/with manager approval) within 180 days of employment.
- Asset Backed Finance SIE, 7, 79 and 63 within 180 days of employment.
- Other appropriate licenses (e.g., supervisory licenses) may be required at the discretion of the manager.
