Job Description

Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver growth while maintaining strong governance and competitive positioning.

As a Financial Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase, you will spearhead the strategic direction and lifecycle management of our financial products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while driving innovative solutions. You will leverage deep expertise to influence and align stakeholders across functions, using data‑driven insights to enhance revenue, margin, and retention. Your role involves navigating complex challenges, applying creative problem‑solving to deliver customer‑centered solutions, and managing risk through effective controls.

You will lead a team, fostering collaboration and empowering them to achieve operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic product roadmaps that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements, ensuring market competitiveness.
  • Design and execute controlled tests to validate product hypotheses, scaling successful initiatives and discontinuing ineffective ones.
  • Manage risk and compliance by designing robust control frameworks across customer‑facing processes, ensuring adherence to policy expectations.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to evaluate competitive dynamics and customer needs, guiding strategic positioning and investment decisions.
  • Analyze customer behavior and sentiment to increase engagement and optimize their experience.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to drive product innovation and enhancements, utilizing data analytics to inform decision‑making and optimize performance.
Required Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • Advanced expertise in financial product strategy, including defining customer‑backed product direction and validating through controlled tests.
  • Proficiency in analytical thinking, with the ability to critically evaluate data and translate insights into actionable strategies that enhance revenue and margin.
  • Advanced skills in market and customer data and behavior analysis to assess competitive dynamics and regulatory signals, guiding strategic positioning and investment decisions.
  • Experience in utilizing advanced risk and control management techniques to design and monitor controls across customer‑facing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in leading cross‑functional teams to drive product innovation and lifecycle management in a financial services environment.
