- Advanced expertise in financial product strategy, including defining customer‑backed product direction and validating through controlled tests.
- Proficiency in analytical thinking, with the ability to critically evaluate data and translate insights into actionable strategies that enhance revenue and margin.
- Advanced skills in market and customer data and behavior analysis to assess competitive dynamics and regulatory signals, guiding strategic positioning and investment decisions.
- Experience in utilizing advanced risk and control management techniques to design and monitor controls across customer‑facing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in leading cross‑functional teams to drive product innovation and lifecycle management in a financial services environment.
