Director, Tax - Hybrid (Atlanta)

$180K-$210K + Bonus

Leading PE‑backed financial services platform hiring a Tax Director to lead UHNW client relationships and complex tax strategy work.

• Lead tax strategy + planning for high-net-worth clients
• Review/sign individual, trust, partnership & corporate returns
• Own client relationships and deliverables
• Partner across tax, accounting, and advisory teams
• Mentor staff and support growth

• 10+ years public accounting or family office / wealth / financial services tax experience
• Strong HNW / family office tax background (required)
• Experience reviewing/signing complex, multi-entity/multistate returns
• CPA required
• Client-facing; strong communication skills
• Track record of owning outcomes and driving results
• Experience in a fast‑paced or PE‑backed environment

• CFP or MST
• Experience with complex estates, trusts, and planning strategies
