As a Supervising Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will be based in Greater Atlanta, GA.

Job Description
  • Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements. Manage daily loan activities of a small, high‑performing Mortgage Loan Officer team.
  • Manage a portfolio of customer relationships. Seek prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients. Prepare loan solutions and refer other banking products and services; review documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Grow, retain and develop an effective sales force to cover the geography of the market. Manage own and team's pipeline for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
  • Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
