Senior Internal Auditor

Printpack is seeking an Internal Auditor II for our Atlanta, GA (Corporate HQ) location.

Reports to: Director, Internal Audit

Execute Printpack's annual audit plan through risk-based audits across corporate and plant operations. Document financial reporting processes, evaluate internal controls, and provide advisory services to mitigate organizational risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Support development and execution of annual audit plan using risk assessment methodologies
• Perform complex internal audits at corporate and plant locations with outsourced audit teams
• Conduct process walkthroughs and evaluate control design and operating effectiveness

• Document internal controls and identify risk points across functional areas
• Communicate findings and recommendations to management in actionable formats
• Support remediation efforts and advise on action plans
• Provide training and guidance to process owners on compliance requirements
• Lead audit projects with cross-functional teams and external auditors
• Supervise outsourced and guest internal auditors
• Develop and maintain audit policies, procedures, and documentation

• Progressive auditing or internal controls experience with demonstrated advancement
• Big Four public accounting experience preferred

• CPA, CISA, and/or CIA

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
• Experience with data analytics, audit software, and AI applications

• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and project management abilities
• Ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority
• Adaptability to changing business environments

• Travel: Up to 25% (domestic and possible international)
• Environment: Office-based with manufacturing plant visits requiring PPE.
