• Be the first contact for our internationally oriented middle market client base.
• Work closely with German clients doing business in the USA on various projects.
• Be involved in the audit or review of annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, HGB, and IFRS under international accounting standards.
• Independently manage audit teams.
• Collaborate with tax consultants.
• Advise clients independently in the design and implementation of international transactions.

• Receive support to pass the US CPA Exam.

• Successfully completed a degree in business management, economics or a similar field of study.
• Successfully completed the German Certified Public Accountant exam preferred.
• At least 4‑5 years of professional experience in assurance services.
• Exceptional English speaking and writing skills.
• Team player, able to structure, organize and lead a team of professionals.
• Sound knowledge of German HGB and international accounting (IFRS/US GAAP).
• Client‑oriented thinking and excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated confidence, factual reasoning and ability to work well with others.
