As they continue to scale, they're seeking a strategic, detail-driven Financial Controller to lead their accounting operations and support the financial backbone of their business.

As Financial Controller, you’ll play a key leadership role overseeing all accounting functions and financial reporting for the organization.

You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency across your company's financial operations, while also partnering closely with executive leadership to drive strategy and performance.

What do you bring or have to offer?

• CPA strongly preferred.
• Heavy, long-term experience in accounting/finance, preferably in insurance, financial services, or brokerage.
• Expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience managing or implementing accounting/ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of trust accounting, surplus lines, and commission structures (a major plus).
• Analytical mindset with strong leadership and communication skills.
