This dynamic role is for a Permanent Finance Manager in the fast‑paced Manufacturing industry. Our ideal candidate is an analytical individual with a strategic mindset and a passion for numbers. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, implementing effective financial strategies, driving business profitability, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will have a hands‑on approach and will be expected to work autonomously, providing full financial support to the management team.

• Develop and implement financial strategies, monitor all financial activities, and ensure adherence to the budget.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and statements, and present them to senior management.
• Monitor and manage all expense budgets, including direct costs and overheads.
• Implement and maintain internal control procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity.
• Oversee the preparation of all financial audits, manage relationships with external auditors, and investigate their findings and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
• Analyze market trends and competitors, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Work closely with the management team to strategize effectively and make data‑driven decisions.
• Support the month‑end and year‑end close process.
• Manage and oversee the entire accounting team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in financial software.
• Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of an organization.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage large workloads, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to drive the financial planning of a company and manage financial risks.
