Senior Property Accountant

Summary

We're partnering with a growing real estate organization to add a Senior Property Accountant to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning their work, partnering closely with operations, and having visibility across a diverse property portfolio.

• Own the preparation and review of monthly property financials across multiple assets
• Perform and manage CAM reconciliations, ensuring accurate expense allocations
• Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Handle accruals and journal entries to maintain clean and timely close processes
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting efforts
• Interpret lease terms to ensure proper financial reporting

• 3+ years of property accounting experience
• Experience with CAM reconciliations and commercial property accounting
• Bachelor's in accounting or finance
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
