Associate Director, FP&A – Atlanta (Hybrid)

$155K-$170K + Bonus

Growing PE-backed financial services platform hiring a senior FP&A leader to drive profitability, pricing, and forecasting.

• Lead profitability + KPI analysis (by business line, region)
• Build models for revenue yield, cost-to-serve, margins
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and cash modeling
• Support pricing strategy + M&A analysis

• 10+ years FP&A / corporate finance experience
• Background in financial services, wealth, or professional services (required)
• Strong profitability + pricing + KPI analysis experience
• Advanced financial modeling (Excel-heavy)
• Experience with budgeting/forecasting + cash flow modeling
• Exposure to PE-backed or high-growth environments
• Strong communicator; can influence leadership
• Proven ownership + results-driven mindset

• Investment banking or PE exposure
• Experience with AUM-based / fee-driven revenue models
• Systems (Net Suite, Power BI, etc.)

• High-growth, PE-backed platform
• Build + shape finance function
• Strong visibility to leadership + career upside
