Floor Plan Lending Underwriter

Atrium is currently engaged with a long-time client on a Commercial Underwriter search. This position will require skills in floor plan lending. Our client is located in Alpharetta and will support a hybrid work schedule.

• Underwriting loans in the following areas:
  Marine, Recreational Vehicles, Powersports, Trailers, Manufactured Homes, Technology, Agriculture Construction, Equipment, Outdoor Power Equipment, Consumer Electronic and Appliances and Music.
• Analyze financial statements and projections and determine risks a
• Evaluate cash flow to ensure repayment.
• Perform business and financial analysis and a general review of the overall business structure
• Provide recommendations for risk ratings.
• Perform credit analysis and annual reviews of borrowers.
• Identify and infer varying line items of balance sheet and income statement.
• Detect and identify varying sources of business revenues.
• Analyze pro forma and cash budgets.
• Identify and analyze borrower’s debt structure.
• Understand debit and credit journal entries derived from borrowers’ transactions and their impact on financial analysis.
• Identify and evaluate borrower’s financial strengths and weaknesses as it relates to the loan request.
• Ability to lead commercial loan package presentation to senior executives in rendering a credit decision.
• Drive business improvements to identify new initiatives and enhance process efficiencies.

• Floor Plan Lending Expert (5+ years)
• Advances financial analysis (GAAP, SEC, tax, etc.)
• Diligence and legal review (UCC filings)
• Bachelor's Degree
