Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing transactions end-to-end, including the preparation of Pitches, Information Memorandums, and Financial Models.
• Doing target and acquirer screening.
• Participate in management/buyer meetings, handle Q&As, and negotiate offers.
• Assistance in drafting and evaluating various legal documents such as NDAs, etc.
• Facilitation of buyer and seller interactions (organizing roadshows, conference calls, etc.).
• Manage the due diligence and transaction documentation process.

• Take an active part in the team's business development efforts by participating in origination activities and making client pitches.
• Carry out extensive industry/company research and target data required for the identification and assessment of possible mandates.

• Candidates based in Moldova, Georgia, or Armenia are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluent English proficiency

• Strong accounting, finance, and analytical capabilities.
• Proven experience in preparing Information Memorandums (IMs), Pitch Books, and Teasers
  .
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, company valuation, and transaction analysis
  .
• Ability to manage multiple live mandates simultaneously and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in negotiating offers, deal structures, transaction documentation, and key commercial terms throughout the M&A process.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point .
• Hands-on experience with financial databases such as S&P Capital IQ (CapIQ).
• Demonstrated passion for Investment Banking
  , particularly cross-border M&A advisory.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to delivering high-quality client work under tight deadlines.
