Our Sales Academy Training Program is designed for motivated individuals seeking a long-term career in mortgage lending. As a trainee, you will begin in a sales support role as a Team MLO, where you will learn the fundamentals of mortgage origination while supporting experienced Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs). Over time, you will gain the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to transition into a full-fledged Mortgage Loan Originator role.

• Develop a Strong Foundation:
  Participate in a structured training program, including an intensive 8-10 week virtual training course and ongoing mentorship.
• Obtain your MLO License (NMLS):
  Gain the necessary knowledge and support to obtain your Mortgage Loan Originator license.
• Gain Hands-on
  
  Experience:
  
  Work closely with top-performing MLOs to learn the ins and outs of the mortgage industry.
• Start in a Support Role:
  Assist experienced MLOs with loan structuring, client interactions, and administrative tasks as a Team MLO.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with builders, realtors, and other referral sources to generate mortgage business.
• Guiding borrowers through the mortgage process, educating them on loan options, terms, and qualifications.
• Ensuring compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
• Communicating effectively with clients and partners to ensure a seamless lending experience.

• Must reside within the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area
• Must be graduating by September 2026 or have recently graduated.
• Ability to obtain a Mortgage Loan Originator license (NMLS)
• Associate of Arts degree or Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred
• Sales experience not required, but helpful

• Strong attention to detail along with communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with mortgage-related software and systems
