Senior Investment Associate; Debt​/Credit CRE

LHH is partnering with a well-capitalized, institutional PE real estate investment firm to add a Senior Associate to their growing investment team in Atlanta.

This is a highly visible opportunity to gain exposure across the full lifecycle of transactions, working directly with senior investment professionals on both debt and equity investments across the capital stack.

• Support underwriting and evaluation of new investment opportunities (debt & equity)
• Build and analyze property-level cash flow models (Excel / Argus)
• Analyze financials, rent rolls, leases, and borrower/partner credit profiles
• Prepare investment committee materials (memos, presentations)
• Participate in due diligence, deal execution, and closing processes
• Engage in asset management across the lifecycle of investments
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners throughout transactions

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate (investments, lending, or related)
• Originations or originator coverage exposure
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset
• Exposure to Argus and CRE data platforms (CoStar, RCA, Trepp, etc.) preferred
• Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals and capital markets
