Job Overview

Responsible for leading the IT Finance activities including the planning, forecasting, reporting, and tracking of actuals. Analyze trends/variances to provide insights and recommendations to local management. Monitoring of SLA and Transfer pricing management.

Responsibilities
  • Perform analysis and investigate variances versus forecast for operating expenses and capital spending, provide insights to senior management, coordinate with IT to update future cost forecasts, lead the review of monthly forecast and actuals run rate with senior management, identify risks and opportunities related to current forecasts vs. plan, and implement continuous improvement. (40%)
  • Lead planning activities during MBBP for IT by ensuring compliance with deadlines and communicating targets, including identification and implementation of improvements. Review initial submissions, evaluate for reasonability and consistency within the market and alignment with senior management, ensure the official plan is submitted and local systems are updated, monitor changes to plan numbers and create budget shifts as necessary. (10%)
  • Lead the coordination, review and required documentation of IT accruals, ensuring accuracy, compliance with dollar amount requirements, and consistency with the budget. (10%)
  • Oversee the Procure to Pay process, including purchase requisition and purchase order creation, ensuring accuracy of accounting details and alignment with budget. (5%)
  • Oversee documentation and tracking of all reporting requirements, targets, projects & initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and senior management and providing insights to enhance performance. (5%)
  • Maintain high-quality data and track actual IT expenses by budget line item, analyze trends, run rates, changes in budget, and provide strategic recommendations and insights to management. Responsible for generating and distributing monthly reports to senior management regarding the status of the IT budget and headcount.
  • Oversee month‑end close activities, including preparation of IT accruals. (30%)
Qualifications
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will not be provided.
  • Minimum of 5 years overall work experience.

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree required;
