Position
We are hiring immediately for an Operations Controller.
Location:

Schedule:
Monday – Friday. Requirement:
In‑office. Pay Range: $85,000 to $95,000. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.
As an Operations Controller, you will oversee accounting activities within assigned accounts and assist the Regional Director of Finance with all financial aspects within the region.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all cash handling procedures.
- Perform reconciliation and analysis for several balance sheet accounts.
- Analyze financial results for internal and external use.
- Track and maintain monthly P/L and balance sheet activity.
- Develop forecasts and budgets, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Review general ledger and balance sheets.
- Resolve various accounting/reconciliation issues.
- Complete financial reports: monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including monthly and fiscal close and audit reporting; manage report preparation and distribution.
- Maintain inventory and cost control procedures.
- Administer payroll and human resources.
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience with revenue control, financial reporting, and cash handling responsibilities.
- Accounting experience in food service or retail industry required; food service operations experience a plus.
- Ability to prepare monthly financial statements, key metric reports, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and analyses.
- Adept at planning, organizing, and controlling complex processes, as well as analyzing moderately complex financial information.
- Experience with POS, cash, and credit card reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities and relationships.
- Computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office with a concentration in Excel.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment.
