Job Description
This position supports Credit Officers in the underwriting, monitoring, and management of their portfolios. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end processes involving credit underwriting, ongoing monitoring, and portfolio management of financing, treasury management, and traded products transactions. The role acts as a primary liaison with credit teams, operations, and other business partners.
Responsibilities- Coordinate pre- and post-closing activities such as due diligence, creation of approval documents, and interactions with operations.
- Monitor requirements by creating and clearing monitoring ticklers and sourcing required financial statements and other documents per the terms of the credit agreement.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Understand policy and procedures and ensure compliance.
- Knowledge of credit guidelines and lending procedures.
- Experience with underwriting systems.

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Role: Level II or III (subject to manager’s discretion)
Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)
Hours Per Week: 40
Pay and BenefitsPay location: US - MA - Burlington, 25 Burlington Mall Rd (MA9025)
Pay range: $31.00 - $49.30 per hour, based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible.
