• 4 years Graduation / Post‑Graduation from any UGC‑approved University or reputed foreign University with a minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 in any discipline and CGPA 4.00 out of 5.00 in both SSC & HSC or equivalent results in ‘O’ and ‘A’ level.

• Dedicated, self‑motivated and career focused
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer literacy (MS Office Package) & sound analytical ability
• Willing to work anywhere in the country.
• Ability to use AI‑based tools for productivity and creativity.
• Age not over 32 years as on March 25, 2026.

Candidates will have to go through an extensive selection process.

Successful Management Trainee will remain on probation for a period of one (1) year. On satisfactory completion of the probation period, the Management Trainee will be confirmed as a Senior Officer in the regular pay scale of the bank.
