Overview
Perform actuarial pricing analyses and develop pricing models using actuarial rate making techniques. Provide programming development and actuarial pricing support for underwriters. Apply casualty actuarial pricing principles, rate making, deductible pricing, increased limit factors, and casualty coverages. Deploy pricing concepts underlying actuarial software being developed.
Responsibilities- Perform actuarial pricing analyses and develop pricing models using actuarial rate making techniques.
- Develop programming and provide actuarial pricing support for underwriters.
- Use Python, Git Hub, Excel, and Hyper Exponential software in an actuarial context.
- Execute actuarial mathematical and technical development and programming.
- Apply casualty actuarial pricing principles, rate making, deductible pricing, increased limit factors, and casualty coverages.
- Deploy pricing concepts underlying actuarial software being developed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field of study.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with developing using Python, Git Hub, Excel, and Hyper Exponential software in an actuarial context.
- Experience in performing actuarial mathematical and technical development and programming.
- Ability to apply casualty actuarial pricing principles, rate making, deductible pricing, increased limit factors, and casualty coverages.
- Experience deploying pricing concepts underlying actuarial software being developed.
