Lead ABL Credit Delivery team responsible for structuring, underwriting and managing ABL transactions and loans to Commercial and Corporate banking clients. Lead teams that structure, underwrite, negotiate and close ABL transactions. Lead teams of asset managers to manage/mitigate credit risk of ABL portfolio transactions. Mentor and coach team leaders. Drive the restructuring of problem loans and workouts and closely monitor complex transactions.
Manage ABL credit, operational and market risk within pre-approved risk tolerance levels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- BA/BS degree
- Licenses:
Series 79 or 63 - 15+ years of related work experience
- Extensive subject matter expertise including advanced understanding of industry drivers, product positioning, structuring and risk mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across functional areas to resolve complex issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills which foster teamwork, trust, creativity/innovation and accountability.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and insightfully.
- Evidence of ability to develop and retain top talent.
- MBA degree, with a Finance focus
- 3-5 years of management experience
- Diversified product structuring/underwriting/portfolio management experience
All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
