A growing financial services organization is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to support daily treasury operations, cash management activities, liquidity reporting, and treasury analytics. This individual will play a key role in managing high-volume financial transactions, maintaining treasury reporting, and supporting process improvement initiatives across the treasury function.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, experience working with large data sets, and proficiency with business intelligence tools to help modernize treasury reporting and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities- Perform daily cash positioning and monitor cash balances across multiple banking relationships and platforms.
- Support short- and long-term cash flow forecasting activities.
- Assist with liquidity reporting, funding analysis, and treasury performance metrics.
- Process and monitor high-volume treasury transactions, including payments and cash transfers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports for management.
- Analyze treasury data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards utilizing BI tools to improve reporting efficiency and visibility.
- Support bank account administration, reconciliations, and treasury documentation.
- Assist with treasury controls, compliance requirements, and audit requests.
- Partner with Accounting, Finance, FP&A, and Operations teams on treasury-related initiatives.
- Participate in process automation and reporting enhancement projects utilizing Excel, BI tools, and AI-driven solutions.
- Support special projects and ad hoc analysis as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of treasury, cash management, finance, accounting, banking, or financial operations experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large volumes of transactional data.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis functions.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar reporting platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience with in financial services, fintech, lending, banking, or consumer finance organizations.
- Exposure to treasury management systems and cash forecasting tools.
- Experience with process automation, reporting modernization, or AI-enabled reporting solutions.
- Knowledge of treasury operations, liquidity management, and banking processes.
- 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for permanent placement.
- Competitive hourly rate of $50–55/hour + benefits.
