Job Details

Responsibilities

Overseeing all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Managing the treasury function to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced interest costs, and efficient use of excess cash.

Implementing and managing the company's trust accounting systems and procedures.

Providing strategic financial leadership and support on potential alliances, acquisitions, mergers, investments, and other issues affecting the business.

Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to finance and accounting.

Collaborating with the executive management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel.

Providing strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and new business opportunities.

Coordinating with external auditors and manage internal controls.

Utilizing ADP for payroll management and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position

Proven experience in the legal sector, specifically with law firms and professional services.

Expertise in trust accounting and treasury management.

Proficiency in using ADP for payroll management.

Strong understanding of laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to the Accounting and Finance industry.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.

Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.

Superior written and verbal communication skills.

High level of professional and personal integrity and ethics.
