The Pricing Managerisamemberofthe Revenueteamwithinethe Firm 'sRevenue

Departmentandisresponsibleforleadingthefirm'spricingandmatterbudgetingfunction.

Thisrolepartnerswithattorneys,Firm leadership,Revenue Operations,Billing,E-Billing,and Innovationteamstodevelopmatterbudgets,ensurecompliancewithclientguidelines,improvematterbudgetperformance,anddriveoperationalefficiencies.

The Pricing Manageroverseesthedailyoperationsofthepricingfunction ,includingthedevelopmentofdepartmentalworkflows,establishmentofperformancemetrics,mentoringanddevelopmentof

Pricing

Analysts,andimplementationofprocessimprovements.

ThisroleisresponsibleforleveragingtechnologyandAI-drivensolutionstoenhancematterbudgetingprocesses,improveturnaroundtimes,andreduceadministrativeburden.

The Pricing Managerreportsdirectlytothe Director of Revenueandservesastheprimarysubjectmatterexpertformatterbudgeting ,matterbudgetcompliance,pricing analytics,andmatterbudgeting-relatedoperationalinitiatives.

• Collaborate with Revenue Operations ,Client Accounts,Appeals,andotheradministrativeteamstoresolvematterbudgetingandbillingchallenges.
• Workproactivelywithattorneysandlegalassistantstoensuretimelymatterbudgetpreparation,submission,and approval.
• Otherdutiesasrequired

• Juris Doctor(J.D.)degreefromanaccreditedlawschoolrequired.
• ActivebaradmissioninatleastoneU.S.jurisdictionpreferredbutnotrequired.
• Fiveormoreyearsofexperienceinlegalpricing,legal operations,finance,budgeting,revenue management,orrelatedfield.
• Previousexperienceleadingprojects,processes,orteammemberspreferred.
• Experienceworkingwithlegalbudgeting,client guidelines,ande-billingsystemsstronglypreferred.
• Experienceleveragingtechnology,automation,reporting tools,andAIsolutionstoimproveoperationalperformancepreferred.
• Strongfinancialacumenandabilitytoanalyzepricing,profitability,andmatterbudgetperformance.
• Demonstratessoundjudgment,attentiontodetail,initiative,and accountability.
• Dedicatedtoprovidingexceptionalinternalandexternalclientservice.
• Pro-active,followsthroughwithminimumdirection,anddisplaysinitiative
