SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER

Now recruiting on behalf of an Atlanta-based, global manufacturing company who is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to serve as a strategic finance partner to business leadership. This is a highly visible role within a complex operating environment undergoing significant transformation and expansion. The position offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions, support financial performance initiatives, lead a team, and help shape reporting, planning, and operational finance processes across a large-scale division.

Reporting to senior finance leadership, the Senior Finance Manager will provide financial guidance and analytical support to operational stakeholders. This Finance Operations role will lead forecasting, planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision support while helping drive process improvement and financial excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Partner with operational and commercial leaders to improve business performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, pricing, and cost drivers.
• Develop executive reporting packages, dashboards, and key performance metrics.
• Support enterprise transformation and business integration initiatives.
• Build financial models to evaluate growth strategies, investments, and operational improvements.
• Drive reporting automation and data-driven decision making.
• Maintain strong financial controls and governance practices.
• Lead and develop finance team members.

The right candidate for this Senior Finance Manager role will have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7-9+ years of progressive experience in FP&A and business finance partnering
• Manufacturing or industrial industry experience required.
• Experience supporting senior operational business leaders with financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Prior leadership experience managing and developing staff
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive, Essbase and others.
• CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
• Ability to do moderate travel both domestically and internationally
• History of progressive career growth and stability required for consideration.
