A growing hospitality organization is seeking a strategic, business-minded Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. This executive will partner closely with the CEO to provide financial leadership across a diversified portfolio of multi-unit, multi-concept hospitality businesses, including strategic operating partnerships. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic vision and operational discipline, with the ability to support continued growth through operational excellence, strategic partnerships, and disciplined financial leadership.

- Provide strategic financial leadership across a geographically dispersed, multi-unit, multi-concept hospitality organization.
- Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team on financial strategy, capital planning, business performance, and long-range planning.
- Lead all accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, compliance, and risk management functions.
- Develop financial models and analyses to support growth initiatives, acquisitions, operating partnerships, and other strategic opportunities.
- Partner with operations leadership to improve profitability through labor management, food and beverage cost controls, pricing strategies, and operational efficiencies.
- Strengthen budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, financial reporting, and KPI visibility across multiple business units.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance organization while implementing scalable processes to support continued growth.
- Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership and ownership on investment opportunities, strategic partnerships, capital planning, and organizational strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- CPA strongly preferred.
- Progressive financial leadership experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or senior finance executive within multi-unit restaurant and food service organizations, including experience supporting franchise, concession, and/or company-owned operations.
- Demonstrated success leading finance through periods of organizational growth, expansion, or transformation.
- Experience leading finance for a multi-unit, multi-concept organization with multiple operating models, legal entities, and complex organizational structures.
- Strong background in financial planning and analysis, accounting, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
- Experience supporting acquisitions, operating partnerships, franchised businesses, concession operations, or other complex organizational structures is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to partner with executive leadership to drive strategic growth and operational performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.
