Small Business Lending, LLC. is looking to add a Paralegal to its team.

The Paralegal is responsible for assisting closing attorneys in preparing loan closing packages in connection with U.S. Small Business Administration ("SBA") loans.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Assists closing attorneys in file management;
• Pulls reports required for closing;
• Ordering and following up with title orders;
• Prepares and compiles loan documentation in compliance with both internal and SBA requirements pursuant to the instructions of closing attorney;
• Develops familiarity with all loan structures;
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial loan closings, specifically extensive familiarity with SBA loan documentation;
• Familiarity with commercial loan closing documentation;
• Highly proficient with file management and PDF software, and MS Office suite;
• Strong organization skills;
• Ability to follow orders of senior legal staff and show initiative;
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
• Bachelor's degree preferred;
• Paralegal certificate preferred.

Salary Range: $60,000 to $75,000 per year
