- Monitor, reconcile, and report daily cash balances across multiple bank accounts
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts
- Assist with treasury operations related to employee benefit plans, including 401k funding
- Execute and validate EFTs, wires, and ACH payments
- Support FX exposure analysis and monitor interest rate fluctuations
- Maintain treasury dashboards and prepare month-end reporting packages
- Ensure compliance with internal SOX controls and support audit requests
- Administer the Kyriba Treasury Management System
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives
- Assist with banking relationships, negotiate fees, and maintain SOX compliance for treasury operations
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related business field
- 0 to 2 years of corporate finance, banking, or treasury experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems such as People Soft is a plus
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems is a plus
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work in a corporate office setting
- Must be able to stand and walk short distances between work sites
Demonstrates expertise in cash management, financial analysis, and compliance with SOX controls. Proficient in utilizing Treasury Management Systems and advanced Excel for financial modeling and reporting.
