Job Summary

Seeking detail-oriented Operations Processor 3 to support a high-performing Lockbox operations team in Atlanta. This role focuses on managing and processing change requests, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting client-related operational workflows. This position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Compared to more entry-level processing roles, this position involves more investigative work, system navigation, and stakeholder communication.

• - Review lockbox change requests received through internal systems, including attachments and supporting documentation.
• - Track and update requests across multiple platforms, including Excel, Word, and internal workflow tools.
• - Maintain reports, request records, and process documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• - Add required information to each request and assist with weekly balancing of request activity.
• - Communicate professionally through email with internal teams, customer service partners, sales, and client-facing contacts.
• - Support operational processing needs related to customer details, account specifications, and lockbox workflows.
