Credit Investment Portfolio Strategy Analyst​/ Senior Analyst

LHH is recruiting for a leading global investment platform is seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join a growing portfolio management team supporting institutional and insurance-focused investment strategies. This role offers exceptional exposure to senior leadership, complex credit investments, multi-asset portfolios, and strategic initiatives that directly influence capital deployment decisions.

• Partner with investment professionals and senior leadership on high-visibility portfolio initiatives.
• Create and maintain investor-facing portfolio analytics, capital deployment reporting, and pipeline tracking materials.
• Support strategic capital allocation decisions across institutional client portfolios.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving investment teams, portfolio management, and client stakeholders.
• Assist in developing portfolio monitoring, reporting, and analytics tools that drive investment decision-making.
• Contribute to the creation of innovative investment solutions for large institutional and insurance investors.
• Prepare materials and communications related to upcoming investment transactions and portfolio activity.

• 1+ years of experience in investment management, portfolio management, credit, asset management, corporate finance, banking, insurance asset management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of fixed income, credit, or alternative investment strategies.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across investment teams and senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or another quantitative discipline.
