Job Summary:
As a Strategic Finance Advisor Sr. Analyst – Indirect Sourcing, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial results for our Supply Chain Sourcing team, specifically Indirect Sourcing. You will be the strategic financial advisor partnering with our Indirect Sourcing team driving productivity and cost savings using data to provide actionable insights to your business partners. Your expertise will directly impact decision-making processes.
You will work within finance but will be exposed to all areas of the business, making this an amazing opportunity for an individual who can analyze data and work cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will have experience providing financial support to a Supply Chain organization and partnering with Sourcing, Manufacturing, Distribution, Forecasting, and Logistics. This is a highly visible role, reporting out ideas and results to Finance leadership and the broader Acuity organization.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Provide actionable insights to your process partners to drive positive financial outcomes Create a vision and build financial reporting and metrics for the Indirect Sourcing function Lead and manage cross functional financial reviews with process partners Be the Finance link for Supply Chain, Accounting, Treasury, Human Resources and IT as they relate to Indirect Sourcing
Skills and Minimum Experience
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 3-5 years of financial analysis experience, ideally in a Manufacturing, Sourcing or Logistics environment. Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, One Stream, and other ERP systems. Broad understanding of US GAAP. Travel Requirements 10-25% Domestic and International Travel
