Client Services Associate

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client service inquiries (non-investment related).
• Support client onboarding, account opening, maintenance, and documentation.
• Process client-directed money movement requests and account transactions.
• Prepare client reports, presentations, and service materials.
• Partner with advisors and internal teams to resolve client requests efficiently.
• Assist clients with digital platform enrollment and ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity.
• Contribute to operational initiatives, process improvements, and special projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in client service, operations, or relationship management within financial services, wealth management, asset management, or a related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working with financial data, reports, and documentation.
• Prior experience supporting advisors or investment operations is a plus.
