Associate, Ventures Investing

CRH is looking for a Ventures Associate to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This role involves connecting with innovative start-ups and assessing investment opportunities in the construction and climate technology sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis and market research, and will play a key role in supporting CRH’s venture capital initiatives.

• Build and maintain market maps across key focus areas.
• Source and track early-stage start-ups for investment opportunities.
• Support due diligence processes and synthesize findings.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and assist with their plans.
• Help coordinate accelerator programs and commercial pilots.

• 2+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or similar roles.
• Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis.
• Ability to conduct market research and synthesize information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
