The role offers meaningful exposure to the full deal lifecycle—from diligence and execution to portfolio company strategy—and is well-suited for candidates seeking long-term growth in private equity.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate new investment opportunities through financial modeling, market research, and due diligence
- Prepare internal investment committee materials and assist in deal execution
- Work closely with management teams and third-party advisors
- Support portfolio company monitoring and value creation initiatives
- 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field
- Strong analytical and modeling skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Low-ego, team-first mindset with a strong work ethic
