Overview

Wealth Management Advisors partner with clients to develop personalized financial plans that meet their unique needs and goals. They protect clients’ assets, assist with investments, and update plans as circumstances change.

• Create and manage comprehensive financial plans for clients.
• Assist clients with asset protection and investment growth.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and adapt plans as their needs evolve.
• Support clients through life events, ensuring long‑term financial stability.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Preferred credentials: CFA, CFP, J.D., Ivy League undergraduate, or professional athlete (career‑ready).
• Strong skills in relationship building, communication, sales, negotiation, and client management.
• Demonstrated professional success (e.g., career changers, business owners, traders).
• Willingness to obtain and maintain Series6/7, 63/66 licenses (sponsored and paid by the firm).

• Annual salary range: $82,000 – $114,000.
• Commission‑based income with stipends, training allowance, bonuses, and profit sharing.
• Average earnings: $130,048 in years1‑4 and $627,247 in years5+.
