Treasury Manager

Atrium is currently engaged with multiple clients seeking out a new Treasury Manager for their team. We are excited to partner with these businesses and therefore are seeking local Atlanta Metro-based talent with the following expience.

• Report to the Director in leading cash forecasting and liquidity planning for the entire business including acquired entities
• Manage investments, cash structures, debt covenants, intercompany funding, borrowing, lending, and cash pooling
• Manage relationships with banks and creditors
• Lead treasury M&A integration processes and workflows including communication between FP&A, Tax, and Legal/Contracts teams.
• Maintain SOX controls
• Support audits, banking RFPs, reporting, and treasury transformation initiatives
• Manage FX transactions where applicable

• Bachelor's degree is required, while additional credentials are preferred (CTP is most desirable)
• CPA/MBA/CFA are all pluses
• 7-10 years of relatable experience
