Japanese Bilingual Sales Support #17260

A leading financial services corporation is seeking a Japanese Bilingual Banking Associate to develop new business relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and strengthen relationships with existing customers by offering a wide range of banking products and financial services.

• Develop new business with SMEs by offering banking products such as loans, trade finance, foreign exchange, deposits, and other financial services.
• Expand business with existing customers and contribute to the division's profitability.
• Coordinate with the Head Office to identify new business opportunities and support existing customers' business expansion in the U.S.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers through regular communication.
• Analyze customers' creditworthiness, manage KYC documentation, monitor risk ratings, and resolve compliance-related issues.
• Maintain customer files and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, banking regulations, credit policies, and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese (near-native Japanese proficiency required).
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work variable hours as needed.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese.
