Vice President - Investor Relations

The Vice President of Investor Relations will work directly with the Managing Director, Head of Investor Relations, to manage relationships with existing and prospective investors and execute on the firm's capital strategy across its student housing and multifamily investment platforms. The role is heavily involved in the firm's strategic capital initiatives, including new fund formation and programmatic partnerships with direct LPs, and serves as the primary bridge between the firm's development, finance, and leadership teams and its investor base, ensuring clear, consistent communication of project performance, pipeline activity, and strategic direction.

Responsibilities include assisting with investor communications on project performance and portfolio strategy; responding to investor inquiries and coordinating responses to due diligence requests; supporting the execution of capital raising initiatives across new and existing investment vehicles, joint ventures, and partnerships; partnering with senior leadership to position investment opportunities and communicate strategy to prospective investors; tracking investor engagement and supporting pipeline development throughout fundraising cycles;

and overseeing development of investor-facing materials including investor presentations, offering and deal materials, and quarterly reporting.

Reports to the Managing Director of Equity Capital Markets & Investor Relations.
