SitusAMC is offering a 12-week summer internship in Atlanta designed to immerse you in debt asset management for a portfolio of commercial real estate loans. The program uses a hybrid work model with three in-office days per week, giving you exposure to deal structures, markets and senior professionals.
You will analyze loan documents, prepare credit recommendations, gather market data, and build cash-flow analyses in Excel while developing presentations and reports.
