Contract Tax Senior (3-6 Month Engagement)
Company Overview

• Large publicly traded insurance and financial services organization
• Contract opportunity supporting a corporate tax function during a period of team transition and process improvement

• 3-month contract with potential extension
• Broad exposure across tax provision, corporate income tax compliance, and process improvement initiatives
• Opportunity to support a sophisticated in-house tax department
• Non-supervisory, hands-on role focused on execution and deliverables

• Prepare tax provision work papers and support reporting processes
• Update tax reporting systems and reconcile supporting data
• Assist with corporate income tax compliance, estimates, extensions, and filing support
• Support workflow redesign, process documentation, and workpaper standardisation initiatives
• Maintain trackers, organise documentation, and support special tax projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA required
• 3-5 years of corporate tax experience
• Experience with tax provision and corporate income tax compliance
• Insurance or financial services industry experience preferred
• Experience with Oracle TRCS and Smart View preferred
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Strong organisational, documentation, and communication skills
