Our client is seeking a strategic finance leader to serve as Director of FP&A / Director of Corporate Finance
, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic decision-making.

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity within a public company where the successful candidate will combine deep FP&A expertise with strong executive communication skills and meaningful exposure to Investor Relations activities
, including earnings materials, investor presentations, financial messaging, and related corporate finance initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings recent enterprise-level FP&A experience at the Senior Manager or Director level

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead enterprise-wide FP&A, including annual budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
  • Partner with executive leadership and business leaders to translate financial results and trends into actionable strategic recommendations
  • Develop and enhance sophisticated financial models supporting strategic planning, capital allocation, investments, and business decisions
  • Lead analysis of company performance, including revenue, profitability, operating expenses, cash flow, and key financial metrics
  • Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, financial presentations, and performance materials
  • Partner with Investor Relations and executive leadership on quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, financial messaging, and related external communications
  • Support preparation of materials for the Board of Directors and senior executive team
  • Help ensure financial messaging is accurate, insightful, and aligned with company strategy and performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, financial visibility, reporting, and planning processes
  • Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team
  • Serve as a strategic finance partner across the enterprise and provide analytical support for major corporate initiatives
What You'll Need to Be Considered
  • 10+ years of progressive finance/FP&A experience
  • Recent Senior Manager or Director-level FP&A experience
  • Recent enterprise-level FP&A experience within a public company is required
  • Proven ownership of enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial performance management
  • Meaningful experience supporting Investor Relations activities
    , including earnings materials, investor presentations, financial messaging, or related external financial communications
  • Experience preparing and presenting financial information to executive leadership and Boards of Directors
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities with the ability to evaluate complex business opportunities and capital allocation decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into clear, compelling strategic recommendations
  • Proven leadership experience managing, mentoring, and developing finance professionals
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a complex, enterprise-level environment and influence stakeholders across the organization
