• Evaluate investment opportunities through financial analysis, business diligence, and market research.
• Build financial models, valuation analyses, and investment return scenarios.
• Support transaction execution, including due diligence, management meetings, and investment committee materials.
• Develop investment theses and research attractive growth‑oriented sectors.
• Work closely with portfolio companies on strategic and value creation initiatives.
• Build relationships with founders, executives, advisors, and other industry participants.

• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, growth equity, venture capital, private equity, or a related investment role.
• Experience in investment banking followed by growth equity, venture capital, or another growth‑focused investing platform is highly attractive.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated transaction experience and ability to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Strong commercial instincts, communication skills, and interest in working directly with management teams.
• Experience evaluating technology‑enabled businesses is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
