Account Executive​/Loan Officer

The Loan Officer is responsible for originating and closing residential and commercial real estate loans by developing relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate investors, financial institutions, and referral partners. This role focuses on generating new lending opportunities, managing an active pipeline of borrowers, and guiding transactions from initial inquiry through closing.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in private lending industry, a proven track record in loan origination, and the ability to cultivate and grow a strong book of business

• Originatenewloanopportunities
  throughbusinessdevelopment,networking,referrals,and relationship-building activities.
• Developandmaintainrelationshipswithmortgagebrokers,realestateinvestors,financial institutions,developers,andotherreferralpartners.
• Build,manage,andgrowapersonalpipelineofprospectiveborrowersandlendingopportunities.
• Evaluatefinancingrequestsandstructureloansolutionsthatmeetborrowerneedsandcompanylendingguidelines.
• Guideborrowersthroughtheloanoriginationprocess.
• Presentandexplainloanproducts,terms,andlendingsolutions(
  Bridge Loans,Fix&Flip,DSCR,and Ground-Up Construction loans ).
• Collaboratewithunderwriting,processing,andclosingteamstoensureefficientexecutionofloantransactions.
• Negotiateloantermsandfacilitatesuccessfulclosingswhiledeliveringanexceptionalborrowerexperience.
• Maintainaccuratepipelinereporting,borrower records,andCRMdocumentation.
• Representthecompanyatindustryevents,networking functions,andrealestateinvestmentforumstogeneratenewbusinessopportunities.
• Stayinformedonmarkettrends,lending products,andindustrydevelopmentstoidentifyopportunitiesforportfoliogrowth.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience with
  Bridge
  ,
  Fix & Flip
  ,
  DSCR
  , and
  Ground-Up Construction
  loan products.
• Minimum of3 years
  of experience in
  Private Lending for Real Estate Investments
  .
• Strong understanding of loan origination and underwriting processes.
• Bilingual
  (English / Spanish)
• Established
  book of business specializing in RTL (Residential Transition Loans) or DSCR (Debt-Service Coverage Ratio) loans
  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
