Chief Financial Officer

Finatal is partnered with a private equity backed building products installation and services business, to appoint its next Chief Financial Officer.

Today, the business generates approximately $400m+ in revenue across a multi branch structure, and an acquisitive operating model.

You'll inherit a high-quality finance function with established FP&A, controllership, HR and IT leadership already in place. The mandate is not to build from scratch; it is to elevate performance, sharpen KPI visibility, support continued M&A activity, and ensure the business is perfectly positioned for its next stage of growth.

We're looking for a proven PE-backed CFO who understands complex, multi-entity, blue-collar operating environments. Experience with in building products, construction, distribution, facilities services, or similar branch-based businesses is highly attractive.

The ideal candidate will have...

• Multi-site, multi-entity operating experience
• Experience with KPI-led decision-making
• Strong M&A and acquisition integration capability
• Growth-oriented mindset with exposure to buy-and-build strategies
• Ability to be onsite in Atlanta metro 4 days / wk
