- Provides strategic planning and direction for airport concessions operations, including establishing organizational structure, policies, and processes.
- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate operational performance, labor, food costs, margins, and profitability.
- Produce weekly and monthly financial reporting packages with actionable insights and executive-level presentations.
- Analyze key business drivers including sales trends, labor productivity, COGS, occupancy costs, and EBITDA performance.
- Partner with Operations leadership to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Support month-end close by partnering with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and variance analysis.
- Build dashboards and KPIs to monitor financial and operational performance across multiple airport locations.
- Utilize One Stream for budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, financial reporting, and scenario planning.
- Leverage Restaurant
365 (R365) Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system to analyze restaurant-level financial performance, inventory, labor, purchasing, and operational metrics. - Evaluate capital investments, new location openings, contract renewals, and business development opportunities.
- Improve FP&A processes through automation, reporting enhancements, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and financial analyses for executive leadership, lenders, airport authorities, and ownership groups.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support strategic initiatives across Finance and Operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsEducation and Experience:
