Senior Tax Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead our tax compliance and consulting services. The ideal candidate will oversee tax planning, compliance, and advisory for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring that they meet all regulatory requirements while maximizing tax benefits.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing the tax compliance process for C-Corps, S-Corps, partnerships, and high net worth individuals (HNWI).
• Reviewing and preparing federal and state tax returns including 1040, 1120, and 1120S forms.
• Providing strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients.
• Staying updated on changes in tax regulations and implementing necessary adjustments in tax practices.
• Supervising and mentoring junior tax staff, providing guidance on complex tax matters.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and compliance.
• Experience with high net worth individuals and partnerships is preferred.
• Proficient in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
