Job Overview

Provide support to and strengthen the effectiveness of leaders and teams to which the analyst is primarily aligned. Responsible for providing research and analysis, development of related materials, and management of projects with increasing autonomy. Regular position. Language fluency:
English (Required).

Responsibilities
  • Conduct industry, market, and company research to source prospect names and develop refined prospect lists in coordination with leadership and partners.
  • Develop project materials including industry, market, and company specific and general economic information.
  • Generate customized sales or project content for internal and external purposes.
  • Track calling and marketing efforts to clients and prospects, reinforcing proper use of the CRM system with the coverage team.
  • Build upon foundational understanding of the market, credit, and products as well as related relationship management skills.
  • Develop increasingly complex understanding of the industry.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Two years of related financial services work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competitive drive and high work ethic, self‑starter, team‑oriented.
  • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of adaptability and flexibility with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Solid understanding of business.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Demonstrated work experience in finance or related field.
