Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000

Watkins Associated Industries is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to support the company's treasury operations, cash management activities, liquidity planning, and banking administration. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to gain broad exposure to treasury functions while contributing to the financial strength and operational success of a growing multi-entity organization.

The Treasury Analyst will work closely with Treasury, Finance, Accounting, operating companies, banking partners, and service providers to support daily cash management, forecasting, financial analysis, banking operations, and treasury process improvements.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare daily cash reports, review banking activity, reconcile cash balances, and research variances.
  • Monitor liquidity and support borrowing, repayment, transfer, and investment decisions.
  • Assist with short-term cash flow forecasting and analyze forecast performance against actual results.
  • Prepare recurring treasury reports, analyses, and presentations for management.
  • Execute approved wire transfers, ACH payments, intercompany settlements, and other cash transactions in accordance with established controls.
  • Maintain intercompany loan schedules, interest calculations, and settlement records.
  • Support administration of bank accounts, online banking platforms, treasury systems, user access, and authorized signers.
  • Monitor compliance requirements under loan agreements and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Review bank fees, commercial card activity, and service-provider invoices to identify discrepancies and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist with administration of commercial card programs, reporting, user maintenance, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain treasury documentation, banking records, debt schedules, and related files in an organized and audit-ready manner.
  • Support treasury technology initiatives, system testing, process improvements, and automation efforts.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, IT, operating companies, banks, and other financial partners to resolve treasury-related issues.
  • Participate in special projects involving liquidity management, banking infrastructure, debt administration, investments, foreign exchange, and interest rate exposure.
What We’re Looking For Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) credential or progress toward certification is a plus.
Experience
  • Two to four years of experience in treasury, finance, banking, accounting, cash management, or financial analysis.
  • Experience with cash reporting, bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, wire transfers, ACH transactions, or banking platforms preferred.
  • Experience supporting a multi-entity organization is a plus.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of treasury principles, banking products, financial statements, forecasting, and internal controls.
  • Experience with treasury workstations, ERP systems, banking platforms, or financial systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of commercial card programs, debt administration, and banking practices is a plus.
