Financial Services Associate - Atlanta

The Atlanta office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, P.C. seeks a dynamic commercial finance associate with three to five years of experience to join its Financial Services Transactions Group. The ideal candidate will have substantive experience representing banks and non-bank lenders and borrowers in bilateral and syndicated commercial loan transactions, including asset-based and cash flow facilities. This role will involve the structuring, drafting, negotiating, and closing of loan and security agreements and related transaction documents, as well as managing diligence items and other key closing work.

We are looking for an attorney who is self-motivated, hardworking, and detail-oriented, with strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.

This is a unique opportunity to become a key member of a growing practice within a nationally recognized firm. A Georgia law license, or the ability to become admitted in Georgia, is required.
