Our 9-week Summer Internship Program offers you the opportunity to work within Global Business Services (GBS) and the Global Controller team, supporting critical accounting and reporting functions across North America and EMEA. As part of our Summer Internship Program cohort, you’ll participate in orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities.

You’ll work side by side with talented teams to learn about the business and contribute to meaningful initiatives that shape our financial processes and reporting standards. If you enjoy working with numbers, analyzing data, and supporting compliance efforts, this role offers a unique opportunity to apply your skills in a dynamic environment. You’ll help manage accounting processes, assist with public company SEC reporting, and contribute to audits and process improvements.

• Assist with accounting for North America and EMEA expenses
• Utilize general ledger applications to prepare monthly journal entries and perform monthly/quarterly account analysis
• Support Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including tracking payments, reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies
• Assist with SEC reporting and compliance: contribute to preparation of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K), quarterly disclosure committee materials, and SOX controls
• Monitor and reconcile daily share transactions, prepare wire transfers, and support monthly expense reimbursement reporting
  
  Facilitate internal and external audits and respond to ad hoc requests to support senior management decision-making
• Compile data for business partners to review accruals during month-end and quarter-end close
• Support quarterly metrics reporting and process improvement initiatives
• Participate in team meetings with Accounting leadership to explore ways to streamline and improve processes
• Support the evaluation, testing, and adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions by identifying opportunities to improve business processes, assisting with the development and validation of AI agents and automation tools, and analyzing…
