Brandon Clark with the Connexa Search Group is partnering with a privately held company in the Atlanta, GA area, to search for someone to be their Financial Analyst
.
This is a well-established organization with a strong foothold in its market, operating with an entrepreneurial mindset that rewards initiative and ownership. The Financial Analyst joins the finance team reporting to the FP&A Manager and plays a central role in the analyses and reporting that inform decisions at the executive and board level. The work is varied, high-visibility, and directly tied to how the company plans, measures, and grows.

- Build and maintain financial models to support monthly P&L and cash flow forecasting
- Develop ad-hoc analyses focused on cost reduction, revenue growth, and operational efficiency
- Contribute to the annual budgeting cycle and routine forecasting processes, including identifying areas for improvement
- Translate financial results into clear narratives that connect performance to operational drivers for senior leadership and the board
- Analyze trends across key financial metrics including revenue, expenditures, and profitability
- Partner with program leaders and the broader accounting and finance team to support planning and performance tracking
- Support ongoing decision-making through financial performance reviews and initiative evaluations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 3 years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel software, including complex formulas and data summarization tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present findings clearly to senior leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Experience with data query tools is a plus
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where self-direction is expected
